I believe that it's possible because I work at Dunkin Donuts and one of my co-workers is or was a freshman in high school. You just need a way to get the job by the use of relations or associates.
It was somewhat stressful during the first few weeks of working for my coworker, but I believe it's sustainable for a 14 year old.
