Yes you can! But you can't put in "forcetwins" like on the sims2! You have something called "Lifetime Happiness Rewards" but you have to gain 10,000 points to get it! You can even have triplets too, by watching the kids channel and hearing kids music. To get a girl, eat 3 watermelon. To get a boy eat 3 apples!

∙ 11y agoYes, but it is unlikely. Improve the chances of having twins/triplets by having your sim listen to kids radio or watching kids tv. Having the Fertility Treatment thing you can buy from lifetime happinnes points will greatly improve the chances.
