It isn't ideal to feed a cat cereal. Cats are carnivores, so cannot digest any sort of grain or cereals very well. Most human cereal is full of salt or sugar which is not good for a cat in the long run.

Well It depends only if you break it up in to little tiny crumbs then feed it to the cat. I wouldn't try to do it because if it goes down the wrong hole of the cats it will choke.

I don't think you should feed your cat the biscuit but it can just sit there and lick the biscuit but don't eat the biscuit, due to their high sugar content.
