I've got one and don't know. Really didn't know there was a difference, good question. Now I'm curious as well......AFTER DOIN SOME RESEARCH I FOUND THAT C.A.D STANDS FOR CANNONDALE ADVANCED DESIGN. IN THIS CASE ON A H300. THEY DID A SERIES OF THESE ADVANCED DESIGNS AS THEY STILL ARE MAKING PROGRESS WITH THE CAAD SERIES WHICH IS WHERE I THINK I FOUND YOUR AND MY ANSWER.
