-Batman does have Kryptonite. He took measures to effectively eliminate each member of the Justice League just in case any of them were ever brain washed or turned against the team.

-No, Captain America is by far outclassed by Spider-Man. Captain America has genetically enhanced strength and speed. Spider-Man has superhuman strength and speed. Captain America at most can lift 800lbs. Spider-Man can lift 10 tons. The most recent time they fought, thanks to Spider-Man's spidey senses, he is able to Dodge Captain America's shield throw, web it to the wall, and then proceeded to defeat Captain America in hand to hand combat.
