You should just try to call a store. You cannot get a person and when you try to follow the instructions they just hang up. Maybe the executives should just try calling. I and many other people get very frustrated when. we cannot get a person. You press 3 for the directory and it does not have a place to get person and if you try a dept. no one answers. Many people get upset when trying to call for certain info.
I do work at Carsons and because I know a number to call that is the only way to get thru. It seems as though we are not giving real customer service. I know you will not hear from the customers telling you this problem because they have told me that when I am working. I pressed 3 for the directory and there is no place to get a real person other than just pressing for just any department.
