Sometimes if a girl is forcing herself to vomit a lot, or if they think water pills will make them loose weight. Especially if they already are skinny water pills makes your blood pressure super low and you feel like crap. At least when i took them i got super weak and dizzy and could barley walk. And that was from only taking a half of one.
