This is called the host cell.
Viruses can multiply themselves in just about any kind of cells. It all depends on the receptors that the virus have and if they match that of certain cells. For example, the flu is a virus that affects the respiratory and digestive system, it does not however attack the skin or hormonal systems. Certain types of viruses can affect only certain species, its all about receptors.
host cells
a host cell
First: The virus attaches to the hostSecond: The virus injects it's genetic materialThird: The Virus starts to assemble itselfFourth: The virus takes over the cell and breaks it open, killing the cell
I believe it is called the Ly-tic cycle. The virus attaches itself to a cell and injects DNA. The viral DNA enters the Lytic cycle and new viruses are made. The cell then breaks open and viruses are released. I believe AIDS is such a virus.
It all depends on the virus. It may be a lytic or a lysogenic infection. In a lytic infection, the virus inserts its DNA into host cell and replicate itself until the cell bursts and releases the new copies to infect other host cells. In a lysogenic infection, the virus inserts its DNA and gains control over the host cell, shutting it down and makes copies of itself like lytic infection, but the host cell does not burst.
The Lysogenic Cycle. The virus' DNA will integrate itself into the host cell's own DNA, such that the cell will continue to make copies of the virus for as long as it survives (and if it passes down its DNA to daughter cells).
a host cell
well, it has no name, but its called johnny. it like to have gum dropps EVERY day keep johnny happy and i wont kill u b
A virus affects humans by invading a cell. The virus then forces the cell to produce viral material rather than cell material. This causes the cell to replicate the virus rather than itself.
A Latent Virus
more copies of itself
A HOST CELL! :)~Happy :) Helper :) 11 :)~"Happy to help":)

cells are not made with viruses unless the virus gets into the cell itself. The viruses get into the cell and the virus will spread killing off whatever it can ;)
a virus will attach itself to a healthy cell and inject some bad stuff in to it and make it one of a bad cell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is called a host cell. In the beginning, a virus will attach itself to the host cell and release its genetic material into it. This genetic material interferes with the host cell's enzymes which cause them to form parts in which will create a new virus.
it is because virus does not have a cell machinery to divide itself. when it comes to affect our body's tissue, it uses the blood cell's machinery to divide and infect other blood cell.
Viruses do not reproduce since they are not alive but they hijack the host's DNA to make more viruses.
