If you're having a problem getting the rear light cluster to come away, you haven't found the big plastic wing nut on the inside - it isn't obvious. Get your hand right in there and unscrew it with your fingers. If this model has two screws holding the cluster in, they're Torx headed. So many people try to use a Pozidrive on these! The bulb holders are all twist-and-pull. Unless, of course, you mean the central "high-level" brake lamp? You didn't say! If it's that one, remove the rubber grommets behind the lamp and use a screwdriver blade to flick the spring-steel catches and the unit will drop out of its seat allowing you to change the bulb.
