Cigar lighter fuse location 2006 Cadillac DTS?
There is a fuse box under the back seat. (You'll find the battery there too, by the way) Check fuse #23 (15A) for cigarette lighter and fuse #14 (20A) for additional power outlets.

Answer . \nFuses are located under the hood on the right hand side under a plastic lid that flips open.
It is on the left side of the stearing column, gently pull out the coin tray from the spot above the hood latch. Behind where the tray was is the fuse panel for the lighter and power outlet. it is under the rear seat so is the battery oddly enough.. You simply pull up on the front corner of the rear seat first from the driver side and then the passenger s8ide you will hear a click or pop on both sides.. There also 2 under the hood.

Lighter is labeled Power Outlet and has its own 15A fuse. The fuse block you want is under the the dash below the steering wheel. Get out of the car and lay your head on the driver-side floor looking up and you will be looking at it. There is a plastic cover with blue text that flips off. open the pass door and look on the side of the dashboard for the fusebox. It is a yellow 20 amp fuse.

It's in the kick panel by the passenger side footwell. Pop the cheap little plastic door off. It's a 20 amp fuse on the lowest of three rows of fuses. Your owners manual will also tell you which number it is. I had mine blow, and also had to replace the lighter itself. Ironically, the lighter does n…ot work on the rear power access port. If you look at the fuse box inside the car (it's on the passenger's side), there are two yellow (20 amp) fuses sitting right next to each other. The one on the left is for the Power Door Locks, and to the right is for the cigar lighter. They are the only yellow fuses. You can also look inside the co…ver to the fuse box, theres a diagram and it's labeled. Also, under the hood is another fuse box. Again, theres a diagram inside the cover. The battery is under the passenger seat. However there are remote terminals under the hood on the passenger side. The positive terminal has a red cover on it. Any metal bracket can be used as negative ground point. Jump starting hook up is the same as a normal car from that point.
There are three locations for fuses in a jaguar. one is in the engine compartment and is probably not the one you are looking for. There are two in the rear passenger compartment behind the kick panel at the base of the rear seat on each side, use a coin to turn the retainer near the top. I belive t…his is where your fuse is. Hi, have just changed the cigar lighter socket fuse on my 06 Mondeo zetec, wich was behind the glove compartmant (which you need to remove - see handbook) then it's a 15Amp (yellow) fuse, situated on the left of the fuse board about half way up.. Hope this helps.

My 2003 Silverado Duramax has the fuse located located under the hood on the drivers side. The top of this fuse and wiring box can be removed by grasping the top on the inboard side and gently but firmly pulling up. Location of fuse will be noted on the underside of the cover.

It's really hard to get to but not impossible. I replaced mine a couple months ago. The fuse is located underneath the steering wheel and the only way to get to it is by sticking your head right on the gas pedal. You will need to press down with you head because there's just not enough room. I recom…mend not wearing a helmet because you can't feel your way around. The fuses for the front lighter can be found in the fuse box located under the hood of the car on the passenger side. Take the top off and look at the underside of the fuse panel top for the fuse labeled 'IPconsole', this fuse was a 20 amp on my 2006..
