The 2004 Trailblazer does not have plug wires. It has a coil pack per cylinder that connects direct to the spark plugs.
The 2005 Chevy Trailblazer has Coil-On-Plug ignition coils so there are 6 "coil packs". Each one is mounted on top of the spark plug.

All the coils are the same, each one must be connected to the connector for the cylinder the coil is connected to the spark plug for
you dont. it has coil springs.
On the 4.2 inline 6, the 4th cylinder from the front of the engine is number 4. The engine is a coil on plug, the spark plug is located under the coil in the center of the valve cover.
under the resonator air inlet box. on the valve cover youll see the coil packs. remove the single bolts. pull up the coil pack until the boot clears the valve cover. change plug. reinstall the coil pack and move on to the next. easy. can be done in 30 minutes.
Down the center of the head under the intake box. You have to remove each coil with one 10mm bolt and then the plugs are easily accessed.
right on the valve cover under the air inlet hose and manifold. indiviual coil packs per cylinder. easy to change.
The second spark plug is misfiring. Could be the coil right above the spark plug.
