Someone has one that they don't want anymore. It's near the game place in a building that has tables on the left side and a counter on the right. I think the person with the coin case is farthest from the door.

∙ 11y agoAt the food joint below the team rocket gambling hideout in Celadon City. There will be a man at the very end of the food joint. He will complain about losing money. After talking to him he will give you the coin case free of charge. If you aren't sure that you're in the right place talk to the people behind the counter. A man will talk about a guy losing it all at gambling bets.
