Olympic Games 2012
Proper protocol is to only play the anthem one time at a sporting event. In a baseball double header the anthem is only played once unless it is a split day night event. In that case it is treated as 2 different events. I've been to a number of NCAA tourney double headers and the anthem was only played at the beginning of the first game. Sure the anthem can be played twice bit it shouldn't.
It depends on whose national anthem you wish to play. There are many!
Typically, the host country's national anthem is played first during official events, such as sports competitions or ceremonies. This is done to honor the nation hosting the event. Following the host country’s anthem, the guest country's anthem is played. This order emphasizes respect and recognition for the host's role in the event.

To play the Ugandan national anthem on the recorder, first, familiarize yourself with the melody by listening to the anthem. The notes typically used in the anthem can be found in sheet music or online resources. Start by practicing the melody slowly, focusing on finger placements for each note. Once comfortable, gradually increase your speed to match the tempo of the anthem.
