the homogeneous materials are-any materials that contains only one phase would be considered HOMOGENEOUS.elements like hydrogen , compound, like sugar ,and solutions like salt, water, are all consederd homogeneous because they are uniform .Each region of a sample is indentical to all other regious of the same sample.

AND THE LAST ONE IS

heterogeneous- heterogeneous mixture are made of more than one phase and they can be separated phsically. The aforementioned chOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE ,A TOSSED SALAD , SAND AND A BOWL... of raisin bran cereal are all examples of obvoius heterogeneous mixture!!
Homogenous mixtures are where the components are in the same physical state, such as oil and water. These are two liquids.

Heterogenous mixtures are mixtures where the components are in different physical states, such as coca cola, mixture of water and CO2, liquid and gas.

true

What is the difference between homogeneous mixtures and heterogeneous mixtures?

In every point of a homogeneous mixture the concentration remains unalter, but the concentration is different for hetrogeneous mixture.

What are the differences between hetrogeneous and homogeneous mixtures?

A homogeneous mixture contains the same proportions of its ingredients throughout the mixture. A heterogeneous mixture does not.

Homogeneous and heterogeneous mixtures have chemical bonds True or False?

False, the parts of mixtures are not chemically bound.

What is the difference between a homogeneous and heterogeneous mixtures in a diagram?

The difference is that in a diagram that is heterogeneous there are many different shapes in the diagram, whereas in homogeneous diagrams all the shapes in the diagram are exactly the same.

Are colloids heterogeneous or homogeneous?

Colloids are stuck between heterogeneous and homogeneous mixture. So you can't say that it is a heterogeneous or homogeneous. It is both.

What is similar between homogeneous and heterogeneous?

both mixtures need atleast 2 components and at least one of the components has to be a liquid there are many other reasons

What is the main difference between a homogeneous mixture and a heterogeneous mixture?

Homogeneous mixtures contain only one substance, like Coke.Heterogeneous mixtures contain two or more substances, like salad dressing.
