there are many differences from suspensions, engines, wheels, transimissions, exhaust, almost anything performance related and a few things that aren't. basically the 95 mustang came stock with a 3.8 liter v6 while the gt models came with a 4.6 liter v8 the 94 anf 95 mustang gt had the 5.0 not the 4.6
