Using Adobe Premiere Elements (I assume you have this as you have a prel file) go to "Share" then "Personal Computer". Once there, select "MPEG". This will save you the file in this format. If you don't have it, download Any Video Converter, which is a free download. Add the file you have just made and convert to an "MP4" file. You can now go to your YouTube page and upload it. Hey Presto done. Sorry so long, but it works.
