Getting a negative pregnancy once is fairly common, but if several tests come up negative, chances are you aren't pregnant. Instead you may be ill with something more like food poisoning. It's true that all of those are common symptoms of pregnancy, but the bleeding could have actually been your period. If it was, then you aren't pregnant. But if it wasn't your period, but instead vaginal bleeding (which is the term for pregnancy), then it's possible you are taking the test wrong and need a professional to administer one for you. You can have them done free or low cost at your local health department or Planned Parenthood. In theory, this should eliminate the 'human error' (provided they are properly trained - and careful).
If you seriously think you could be pregnant, it's better to find out once and for all rather than wonder about it until you are showing (or not). So, go have it checked out. However, those all sound like you may have a temporary illness instead.
