Not by itself.
A concave mirror is usually used to project something onto a screen. A concave lens is usually used to view an image through the naked eye.
yes
When you project an image onto a screen, if it is real you can see the image on the screen, if it is virtual then you cant.
Concave lenses would have only diverging action. So parallel beam of light after passing through a concave lens have to go diverged. Only converging waves could produce a real image on a screen. But diverging rays cannot meet at a point and so they appear to come from a point and hence that point is taken to be the virtual image
than the rays of the projector will not converge as the concave lens has the characterstic to converge the rays in one place if it converge the rays the image will found on th screen

yes
Plane mirrors do not create images that can be placed on a screen, only concave mirrors can.
The way light is reflected is different in a concave mirror depending on the position and distance from the object. when light hits the concave mirror when it is near the object, the rays are scattered and it forms a virtual image, i.e it does not come on the screen. the image will be erect and higly magnified. When it is taken further from the object, the image becomes inverted and real, i.e it can be seen on a screen, and will still be magnified.

Place an image inside it and project on screen. Simple.
You could print screen the specific tweet, cut around it so that the image is only the tweet, and then use it in your project by uploading it (if it's an online project) or by printing it (if it's a paper based project).
Not Possible..NEVER....In order to obtain image on any media.. be it your digital camera's censor or the old-school photographic film; The image so farmed has to always be Real.(real images are often inverted too! )Additionally :The concave lens never forms a real image. with concave lens you can very-well see it virtual n erect image inside the lens with your eyes but cannot obtain it on any physical screen/photographic plate.
image formed by the concave lens will be erect , virtual and smaller than the size of object.

concave lenses are prescribed by doctors
