Um, i wouldn't think so...
2If you mean bad valve *seals* then yes. Would be a bad intake valve seal to be specific, is sucking in motor oil and crankcase vapors instead of just clean air and fuel. Smoke would be obvious but for it to actually affect performance it would have to be pretty bad. I'd be more suspicious of that Chrysler 'lean burn' crap... which can cause all kinds of headaches and gremlins.i think you have to change the evacuation gallery.
If it is only at the start of the day and disappears shortly after startup, it is just condensation in the exhaust that is burning off. Pretty normal, especially in cold or rainy weather.
Your car is running to rich meaning it's getting to much gas.

Sure you can but I would highly recommend against it if you want this engine to last. That is not the correct weight oil for your Plymouth. You should use SAE 5w30 weight. Your Plymouth will get very little lubrication at startup using this heavy oil. This will cause premature engine wear and hard starting in cold temperatures. You are not driving a race car you are driving a van.
Smell the oil, if smells like some gas is in it. then it would be ur fuel pressure regulator.
