I have a "94" E-150 that was shaking. After doing a tuneup [cap,rotor,plugs,wires and air filter] the problem didn't go away. I noticed under the intake on the passenger side, one of the wires going to an injector had broke. After some careful stripping [needle nose pliers and box cutter] and a crimp connector viola smooth as silk now. hope this helps.
