Yes, it is the generic form of dilaudid, hydromorphone. I am prescribed the same pills. The strength is obviously 4mg which is the second highest dose of dilaudid that is available. They come in 2mg, 3mg, 4mg, and 8mg.

Most if not all pills (except marinol) are out of your system in 2-6 days. Dilaudid is a synthetic form of Heroin(well, if youre eating/shooting them you already know that) So a week at max.

No. Oxycontin contains Oxycodone and a few fillers, and Dilaudid contains an opiate called Hydromorphone, a more potent narcotic. But as far as both of them being opiates, that's the only similarity.
