Structured inequality: Mostly used in Sociological circles it is the concept that when a social structure is built take for example a workplace, it is already defined with it's own set of inequality. In a workplace you have something along the lines of this: Owners are 'higher class' than managers, managers are 'higher' than workers, etc....

To sum up it is a social structure that has in-equality already 'built in'
