The organic organization is supposed to copy organisms. So it is supposed to be a living part of its environment. People within the organic organization must therefore be the best qualified for their particular organizational jobs. But they cannot just be proficient and up-to-date in their particular corners of the organization. They must also be aware of wider trends, in the internal and external environments. Like organisms, each person and each job links with all others. And, like organisms, each person and each job must be ready to change to fit changes in the organization, and in the outside world. So the two keywords would be adaptability and flexibility.
