If you mean it doesn't turns off try to unplugg it (if you scare it could be damage do the following).

Option 1: Try to mantain clicking the off button for a while...

Option 2: Try to reboot system.

Option 3: Try to turn it off with the system...(Start, Off)

Option 4: Try to use a Shut Down with a "let's say program" (Follow these steps)

First, Rigth click the desktop

Then, New-Shortcut

After that you type in the address box (The letters in bold) shutdown -s -t 20 -c "Auto Shutdown"

(In the Auto Shutdown you have to put the apostrophee)

then it shuts down in 20 seconds (beside the -t means time, put the amount of time you want, beside the -c its the message, write watever u like.)
