You can simply re-enable it yourself by plugging it into a computer with iTunes.
It means you have un-ticked the box open iTunes when iPod/(any I device) is connected to computer. All you have to do is find iTunes and open it by yourself and then if you have MAC go to preferences and tick the box 'open iTunes when I device is connected'. Or if you have a PC access iTunes's settings and do the same.
Take the file, put it on a USB device, then put in on your home computer. Improving this answer: Just emai it to yourself. ZIP it up if necessary.
