I have two years experienced and possessed the ability to interprate Awards Enterprise Agreement policy and procedures. In my previous role as communication officer i delt with departmental policy where i was required to supervised staff according to the policy and guidlines of the department.

I worked well and developed a greater understanding and communicated effectively. For example, i have negotiated successfully an employee pay agreement with a government agency where there was a lot of conflict.

I work well and can communicate well in a timely manner.
