One time, I helped a old illegal immigrant cross the border. When I cared for 2 senior's, who had know one, they were terminally ill, they were, unable to do anything for themselves nor did they have the mean's too, so I only on disability, bought them into my home, note I had only known them 6mo's, but my children grew up with their grandchildren, provided all their care myself, cooked for them bought medication for them took them to appt's, etc, & when the time came, I arranged & paid for that to, note they died four years apart, I cared for my in-laws for over 20 yr's too & most likely would do it again, I think that's why I became a nurse, it was meant to be.
One of my customers was short of a pallet of castle lite dumpies and needed the stock urgently. I didnt have a truck or any resources to deliver the castle and was also running low on the stock as i was expecting a load from the brewery later that afternoon. A nearby depot had enough stock. i decided to take my own personal bakkie to go and fetch the stok from that depot and deliver it to the customer myself. in my my head i was aonly thinking of my customers needs 1st.
actually, i help my parents to do all the housework. when i finish doing something, i will fell very tired, but i think that if i can help my parents it all worth it.

There are many ways that you can describe how you have gone out of your way to exceed a customer's expectations. Think of a time that you gave great customer service and describe that time. Perhaps, you helped a customer choose a better item than the one they were interested in. Or you may have alerted your customer to additional products that they would need to put together an item, and helped them find them.
Try and do everything possible to make the customer happy
"How can I help you?" This says that you are there to help the customer, gives the customer an opportunity to state his need, and gives you the way to help him.

It's best just to listen until the customer has given you the whole story. Note during this time what you can help with and what you can't help with, item by item. Encourage the customer to 'get it out'. Don't interrupt or try to cut off the customer. When the customer is finished with his/her story, confirm that you understand what the problem is. Then little by little, get the customer to agree to one action item at a time, so that you can help the customer with all the things that you can. Finally, help the customer understand all the things in their story that you can't help them with, and give them some ideas about where they can find the help they want.
There are many times when people solve a problem for a customer but they do not like it. They simply just have to apologize for making the customer unhappy.
