i believe that in making a decision is anxious while the boss is not around, just simply do focusing the responsibility were did he/she put you in a firm.However,we can put it an easy way the duties if we bound together and joining together to maintain the good flow of the business transactions.

The important decision I had made was when my boss was out of country that I have to decide if I have to accept the product sampling that was offered at our store "CVC SUPERMARKET & SM HYPERMARKET" so... I have to do something's like taste test and some opinion checking and it really help me a lot. Sometimes we have to be wise and always check & know the advantages & disadvantages of our decision. Decisions making is not easy especially when you have to do it by yourself without the help or opinion of others. But I think to be able to do this is to think 10 times and ask 6 persons opinion and compare it to your own decision to be able to come up with the good result.
