To change a tire on a Citroën Relay van, first, ensure the vehicle is on a flat surface and activate the hazard lights. Loosen the lug nuts slightly before raising the van with a jack at the designated lifting point. Once elevated, fully remove the lug nuts and take off the flat tire, then mount the spare tire and hand-tighten the lug nuts. Lower the van back to the ground, and finally, securely tighten the lug nuts in a crisscross pattern for even pressure.
Take it to a garage
I think that would depend on what type of tires the vehicle has. The best thing would be to ask a tire shop.
