Yes. He was married to Cindy and cheated on her with a waitress in South Carolina who is the mother of his son Christopher Cody and with Letitia Finley. There was a third woman involved but she's a family friend and I'm not going to say anything more on that. Cindy divorced him and he married Tish, who later became Miley's mother. She had two children from a previous relationship, Trace and Brandi. Billy adopted them. I'm related to the Cyrus's and this is accurate.
