One Answer:

Yes, several times:

Matthew 5:22 - But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, 'Raca!' shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says, 'You fool!' shall be in danger of hell fire.

Matt. 5:29, 30 - If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell. And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.

Matt. 10:28 - And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Matt. 18:9 - And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you. It is better for you to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire.

Matt. 23:15 - Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel land and sea to win one proselyte, and when he is won, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves.

Matt. 23:33 - Serpents, brood of vipers! How can you escape the condemnation of hell?

(Parallel passages to those in Matthew are found in Mark 9:43, 45 and 47, and Luke 12:5.) [Quotes from NKJV]

Another Answer with additional information:

Jesus did say the above, but the word improperly translated as 'Hell' in these scriptures is the Greek word: 'Gehenna', which was in actuality the public garbage dump in Jerusalem.

The definition of Gehenna in Easton's Bible Dictionaryis:"...a deep narrow glen to the south of Jerusalem, where the idolatrous Jews offered their children in sacrifice to Molech.(2 Chronicles 28:3, 33:6, Jeremiah 7:31, 19:2-6) This valley afterwards became the common receptacle for all the refuse of the city. Here the dead bodies of animals and of criminals, and all kinds of filth, were cast and consumed by fire kept always burning. It thus in process of time became the image of the place of everlasting DESTRUCTION..." as Jesus used it above. He was not speaking of everlasting torment, but permanent destruction of worthless garbage, where nothing ever survives. Maggots would be kept busy eating the decaying matter and brimstone would be thrown on it to keep the fires burning constantly, destroying DEAD bodies and refuse that was thrown from the city.

Everyone in Jerusalem would understand what he meant when he told the religious leaders that they deserved the judgment of Gehenna, permanently destroyed with no hope of resurrection.

The actual word "hell" is the translation of the Hebrew "Sheol" and the Greek "Hades", both meaning 'grave'. The common grave of mankind, from which Jesus (with the keys to Hades(the grave)Revelation 1:18) will resurrect people in God's time. (Luke 14:13, 14; John 5:25-29)Genesis 3:19; Ecclesiastes 9:5, 6; Ezekiel 18:4), then soon, when Jesus has completed his assignment, he will hand the Kingdom back to his father and DEATH (and the grave 'hell') will be gone forever. (1Corinthians 15:24-26)(Revelation 21:3&4)(Isaiah 25:8)

Absolutely not it was created by the early church to control the population in the dark ages there is never mention of hell or of anything like the current description of hell by ministers in the bible there are mentions in the old testament of a place that is a real location in Israel that was not a very pleasant location. that is taken to mean hell however seeing hell is a fanatical meas of control not to mention hell isn't real because Christianity isn't even a slightly plausible belief system
