No Clark Gable never acknowledged his daughter by Loretta Young. He did visit her several times during her life though. When she was an infant he went to visit her and gave Loretta Young 400 dollars for a crib. When she was 15 Clark spent the afternoon with her and when Judy was in her mid 20's and working for her mom he came to the studio that The Loretta Young Show was taped at. The first time when she was an infant he gave Loretta Young money to buy a bed for her, the second when she was 15 and he spent the afternoon with her at her mother and stepfathers house and the third after Loretta Young had been in the hospital for a while and Judy was working for her.

He saw her when she was an infant, spent some time with her when she was 15 and saw her again when she was in her 20s and he came to the set of the Loretta Young show where she worked after Loretta hqd been out after beening very sick.

Yes he did unfortunately. I saw a picture of him when he was younger - he was a handsome guy and one a couple of years ago. He was toothless and had track marks in his arms. His daughter Kayley commented on his drug use in an interview and said he was killing himself and had lost all of his teeth. It really is sad. I don't know how he is doing as of now (6/2008) but hopefully he has gotten the help he needs. Hid daughter also went to several rehabs, such a shame since she's only 23 years old. Both of them claim the 'Crosby Centers' cured them. We'll see.
