Henry VII only had one wife. Her name was Elizabeth of York daughter of King Edward IV. She was also the sister of the previous kings Edward V (father of the two princes in the tower) and Richard III (the guy who murdered the two princes and was defeated by Henry VII, Elizabeths husband). Henry married her to bring the two households i.e. York and Lancaster together.

It is a known fact that Henry VIII's fifth wife, Catherine Howard, had affairs. It is generally accepted that Catherine of Aragon never had an affair, Jane Seymour most likely did not, as with Anne of Cleves and Catherine Parr. Anne Boleyn's loyalty, however, is widely disputed. It is generally accepted that the crimes for which she was charged were fictional, but no one knows for sure.

You haven't specified which of Henry's wives you mean, but out of all of his wives:

Katherine of Aragon

Anne Boleyn

Jane Seymour

Anne of Cleves

Catherine Howard

Kathrine Parr

Katherine Parr was the only wife who had been married before. She was a widow when she met Henry. When Henry died, she married again, but died shortly after giving birth to her first child in that marriage.
