Kaname is Yuki's older brother and has always known that she was his sister - which is why he was always very protective of her.

∙ 10y agoIf by that you mean "Did they love each other?", then I guess yes. According to the Kuran Pureblood tradition, siblings are required to marry so that their blood doesn't mix with a Pureblood who's out of the family. From what I see, all Purebloods outside of the Kuran family (besides Rido Kuran) are evil. On the other hand, Yuki did love Kaname and Zero equally, which is a sin (don't you dare do that kiddies *wink wink*).

yes. I am always updated on vampire knight. Yuuki doesn't know that Kaname, her brother, isn't really her brother. Kaname is the ancestor of the kuran family. That's why in one of the manga's, Juuri (yuuki's mother) said "are you gonna steal her like you did with our first child?!!" Rido Kidnapped Juuri's and Haruka's First child and replaced his sole with the ancestor's. Yuuki's real brother was sacraficed. Kaname is in love with yuuki, So he tried to kill rido, (his master) But since he couldn't 'cause he is a mere servent to rido, he could never kill him. So, the "kaname" now is just pretending to be yuuki's brother. Kaname wishes that rido hasn't sacraficed the baby to revive him. In the manga/anime when kaname turned yuuki into a vampire (pureblood) Kaname looked at zero, and said. "I wish i was her "real" brother". So, i guess zero is the only one who know's that kaname isn't really heyyuki's brother.

Yuki ends up with Kaname (sorry 4 the spoiler but its true) Actually...!! Thats NOT true at all. Ok, yes ,she DID leave with Kaname...BUT!!Time ( in the manga, the anime is not complete) passed and Yuuki started to lust/hunger over Zero's blood.Meaning that she is also in love with Zero. Vampires in this story lust the blood of the person they are in love with. She told Kaname that part of her heart belongs to Zero. (I wish its was her WHOLE heart though..) And Kaname accepted it because he rather have her like that than not have her at all, but I bet in the inside he was dying. Currently Kaname fled away because he kiled Aidou's father. Now Yuuki wants to stop him along with others. Yuuki is trying to make a close friendship with Zero just to be close to him. Zero feels the same way even tough she is a vampire. A lot of vampires want to kill Kaname so maybe she will end up with Zero

In the anime/manga Zero and Kaname has always been in love with yuuki. Yuuki, on the other hand, is in love with Kaname, and still is. Around in the end of 2nd series, Zero confesses his love to yuuki. Yuuki hasn't returned his feelings (yet?) Yuuki chose Kaname over zero. The question is still going whether or not zero is stilll in love with yuuki. Zero's life goal is to kill all pureblood vampires. That even include Yuuki Cross....errr...i mean Kuran. (>.<) So, in the case of love and friendship, Yuuki does not love zero. The "vampire knight" series is still going. So, maybe there may be a turn in events, and yuuki is in love with zero. Even though she is a pureblood, will zero return her feelings? Who knows. I'm just saying that the series isn't over and there could be some unfinished business between them.
