As stated by the band on their official website, they are not sure who is going to replace Jimmy yet. They don't know if they even are (or ever will be) ready to replace him. They have replaced him with two temporary drummers so far, those being Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater and Arin Llejay.
They haven't found a drummer since Jimmy The Rev died in December last year. But they have Mike Portnoy on drums on the record and on tour right now. He just left his band Dream Theater, so we'll see if he will take Jimmy's place.

Yes. They still do concerts, the drummer for their concerts now is Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater, and if they cant get him because he is doing a concert for DT they use Recordings of The Rev but they usually have it scheduled around his schedule for DT to do shows on totally opposite days.
