That depends on your definition of success. Every experiment produced data about the human response to such things as poisons, infections and extreme conditions. Experiments involving hypothermia produced some useful results. However, the majority of the experiments could have been studied using less cruel methods or animal testing.

yes- Freezing/Hypothermia: Jews and other prisoners were placed vats of freezing water or taken outside in the freezing temperatures while naked, and when they were cold enough, taken out/inside and revival was attempted. Most methods were unsuccessful, and more often than not, the "patient" died.

Revival Methods

Sun Lamp: Victims were placed under lamps that burned their skin until they were brought back.

Internal Irrigation: Water was heated to intense heat and then put into the victims' stomach, bladder, and intestines. All known to have been treated like this died.

Hot Bath: After placing the person in a warm bath, the temperature of the water was slowly increased. This method worked the best, but sometimes the person died because of shock if the water was heated too quickly.

Body Heat: People were sometimes revived by having them copulate with another. This experiment worked, but not as well as the bath.

Genetics: Many experiments were carried out to prove that "Aryans" were better than Jews. Since the blonde-hair-blue-eye model was idealized, the Nazis did their best to show their superiority. Dr. Joseph Mengele was the foremost experimenter on twins, and known as the Angel of Death. He sewed together two twins to turn them into Siamese twins, but they died shortly after because he cut into major arteries. He chose those who were different, like the dwarfs. Infectious Diseases: Some were infected with diseases like malaria and treatments were tried, but none worked, for the Nazis used poisons. Interrogation and Torture, Killing/Genocide: Self-explanatory (extermination camps, gassing, etc.).

High Altitude: Low-pressure chambers simulated the experience of high altitudes in a plane. This experiment tried to find the limit humans could withstand and for how long. Most everyone subjected died.

Pharmalogical, Sterilization: Self-explanatory.

Surgery, Traumatic Injuries: Ditto.

Hitler had his high ranking doctors experiment on Jews and handicapped throughout the reign of the Third Reich. His doctors practiced in conjoining and seperating twins surgically, injecting patients with various chemicals, and trying to alter such things as eye color.
