Well this depends on whether you meant to type MOTHER or were referring to the Dutch word MORTHER meaning 'woman' or 'wench'. If you meant MOTHER then- of course! His mother's name was Djouka, wife of Reverend Milutin Tesla. He was born in a small village named Smiljan now a part of Yugoslavia. His mother was an accomplished needleworker and inventor of household devices but she could not read or write.
