Muslims believe in prophet Muhammad in his teachings and are commanded to follow the Quran and to follow his Sunnah (Prophet sayings and doings). However, prophet Muhammad (PBUH), as stated in Quran, is human who is inspired by God. So, as human, how do you expect that he doesn't have shadow under sunlight like all other human. No single authentic source says that prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had no sun shadow.

Quran says:

English meaning translation:

{I am only a man like you, to whom has been revealed that your god is one God. So whoever would hope for the meeting with his Lord - let him do righteous work and not associate in the worship of his Lord anyone." (110)}

[Quran, chapter 18, verse 110]
