In the movie Rose is the one who lived and Jack died, cuz wen the Titanic sank in the movie Jack and Rose swam to a big piece of wall and Rose layed on it and Jack was gonna get on but it was tipping so Jack had to be in the water. Also the water was soo freezing 1,500 people died in the water. Anyway after being in the water so long Jacks body froze and he died, but a boat came back to late to rescue the people in the water and only 6 survived in the water.

∙ 13y ago"Jack" was played by Leonardo Di Caprio. "Rose" was played by "Kate Winslet". They are both still alive and churning out good movies - Leo is the main character in Inception.

∙ 8y agoNo, they are fictional characters. Jack dies in the movie, and Rose is very old at the end of the movie. The actors (Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet) are still very much alive.
