Steve Jobs took a screen writing course and also bought one of Lucas' film companies. He then wrote Toy Story which I believe was distributed by Disney.
He wasn't a character. He was the Executive producer
Steve Jobs purchased a small film animation company called The Graphics Group, a part of the Computer Division of Lucasfilm, in 1986. The company was renamed Pixar and went on to make films such as Toy Story, A Bug's Life, Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc., Finding Nemo, The Incredibles and WALL-E .
Steve Jobs is known as the former CEO of Apple Inc, the company that created the iPod, iPad, and iPhone. He also co-founded both Apple and Pixar, the studio responsible for such movies as Toy Story and Finding Nemo.
