Yes you can use the West Coast symbol that Tupac used. Using it does not make you a racist. What ever gang you are a member of or plan on being a member of will determine what hand symbolism you use. The West Coast hand symbol does not belong to Tupac. He is not the only person, rapper or gangbanger who has used and still currently use the West Coast hand symbol.
