One view- As the W.W.E is all fake even diva Maria's breasts could be fake as well . All part and parcel of that entertainment.

Another view- From looking at her Playboy cover shot, in the April 2008 issue, I'd say no. Other shots of her look like she has push up Bras and such. Now, after seeing some shots from that issue, I'd definitely say they are real.

Go look at a copy of the Playboy and see for yourself.

In her Playboy shoot Maria admits her breasts are real. As for the other divas I assume they all have fake breasts.

there has never been any facts but alot of people assume she has had a boob job, but they could appear larger now then before because she has put on weight and has a fuller body.
