There is no reason to think so. So far, there is no actual hard evidence that aliens actually exist.

Personally i think maybe we just aren't attracting them. All we have are rockets that... well... are a bit lame... we're not THAT advanced yet. I'm sure that maybe if we get further than we are now in space or something they might come.
Even though people say there isn't any evidence, i mean... seriously? It's IMPOSSIBLE-okay not impossible but it's stupid to think- that we are the only ones out there in this universe. There is so much that humans haven't discovered that- we can't be sure :)

Actually, seeing something in the sky you can't ID does NOT make it an alien spacecraft. In fact that is the most farfetched explanation for the UFO phenomenon.
There does *not* "have to be" something out there. Someone in the universe has to be the first intelligent life; there is no reason to think it isn't us. Whoever it is would look up, see the vast universe, and think it must be chock-full of people... and they'd be wrong.
For an alien to come to Earth, first the alien would have to exist. Then it would have to find Earth. Then it would have to have a reason to come here. Then (hardest part!) it would have to find a way of getting here. While there are any number of SF fans who can spiel all sorts of technobabble, no one has actually invented a way of going to another star that would work in real life. In fact, there is no reason to think it can be done at all.
So the answer is, "most likely, no!".

Maybe these people just believe it for fun, or because they have found strong evidence that they might believe.
However most people do not believe in aliens and think there just tricks to the eye or related to dreams...
But find out for yourself... Don't believe what people tell you to believe.....

We have no clear evidence that such aliens exist or that they have ever visited the Earth. There may, of course, be aliens living on other planets, but we have absolutely no way of knowing whether they will ever visit the Earth, and no way of knowing how they would behave if they were to do so. Many people, including myself, would like to believe that if such aliens were to visit the Earth they would do so in the spirit of scientific investigation of the universe, and they furthermore would freely share their knowledge with human scientists here on Earth. But we cannot really know what they may wish to do. I think it is unlikely that they would come to Earth in order to eat us, but I cannot rule it out. Realistically, the stars are extremely far away, and it would be extremely difficult to travel from one star to another. Very likely, it is not going to happen. Aliens are unlikely to visit the Earth, and therefore the question won't arise, of how they would behave were they to do so.

What are some causes of aliens?
An alien being considered a being who is in a place where he is not from and does not belong, could visit the earth for several reasons. It is broadly assumed aliens may visit earth to study the human being and way of life on earth. If that is the case, it's probably a scientific exploration much as we would visit the moon or mars, to learn more about life there and living conditions.
