Yes. Edwin Aldrin and Michael Collins both accompanied Armstrong on the 3-day
trip from the Earth to the Moon.
When it came time to land on the moon, though, only Aldrin and Armstrong
descended to the lunar surface and walked around on it. Collins decided to
stay in the Apollo Command Module, orbiting the Moon, until the other two
finished their business on the Moon and returned to the Command Module.
Then they all flew back to Earth together.
