God did create marijuana because it was a plant and according to The Bible, God created the plants and all the animals surrounding us. But it was humans who are using them for the wrong use when marijuana can have good uses as well but we just don't see em very well

∙ 13y agoIn a theoretical sense, yes. However, that's only if you believe in him. In a religious view, God made everything in the universe, so he would have had to make drugs as well. Of course, the same can't be said for drugs that were man-made, such as the ones that must be mixed up or "cooked". Like other things, these were man-made, and God would have only made the ingredients for them and not exactly the drugs themselves.
