Can Spider-Man hold Thor's hammer

Yes he does... if you watch the ultimate avengers animation that came out around 2004/5 and the Hulk Vs animation that came out around 2006 you can see that Hulk is clearly capable of picking up Thor's hammer and matter of fact in both movies nearly kills Thor with his own hammer... Thor is near death especially in Hulk vs and is saved only by the powers of the enchantress to rescue him.

In both movies Hulk cannot initially pick up the hammer but the more the hammer resists the angrier the hulk gets and eventually he is not only able to pick it up but also wield it as a weapon and you can see the shock on Thor's face.

Oh and how would Hulk kill woverine? simple... stand on his arms and cover his face until he smothers without oxygen.

In the comics, Spider-Man has been shown to be able to momentarily wield Thor's hammer due to his worthiness in dire situations, but he cannot hold it for an extended period of time like Thor or other worthy characters can.
