It was Christ Jesus who opened up the way to heaven; No one went to heaven before Jesus did. He is called the 'firstfruit'; meaning the first human who went to heaven. Lot's wife lived way before Jesus ever came to earth.

Jesus died for all sins present, past, and future. We don't go to heaven as SOON as we die, but rather on the last day [the resurrection day Jesus talked about in the GOSPELS]. If your theory is right, God would've let David, Job, Noah, Shem, Japheth, Abel, Moses, Elijah, Ezekial, Elijah, and many more of His faithful children perish, but I along with everyone else that knows God should know that's not true. I don't have my phone next to me right now but if you want I can back this up with specific Scripture.

However, I do believe that it is the job of the "sanctified" wife to live her life as an example to her husband and plant the seed of the Word of God at every opportunity and of course, pray as I will pray for you and your husband.
