Sadly, yes. Deuteronomy 24:1-3 sets out some conditions. Jesus indicates in Matthew 5:31-32 that God was not happy with easy divorce, this no doubt because it was not part of His original intention for man. This is made clear in the passage below.

5And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept. 6But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. 7For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; 8And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. 9What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. 10And in the house his disciples asked him again of the same matter. 11And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. 12And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.

Specific instances are not mentioned, although it undoubtedly occurred, else there would have been no need for Moses' regulation or Jesus later comment.

Ezra 10:1-17 refers to a number of post-exilic Israelites who were to 'put away' their foreign wives. This appears to be a 'separation' rather than explicitly divorce and so may not qualify as an example, although the effect may have been similar.

Marriage goes back as far as Adam and Eve in The Bible.

Abraham was married to Sarah, Isaac to Rebekah, and Jacob to Rachel.

Genesis 2:24

That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.
