Yes, he had three: Richard, Edmund and Gilbert. All three lived to adulthood, but died before their older brother. Edmund (the youngest) actually followed William into the theatre world.

William Shakespeare had 3 brothers and 4 sisters (one, Joan, was named for an earlier sister who died as an infant).

His sisters were Joan (I), Margaret, Joan (II) and Anne. Only the second Joan lived to adulthood.

His brothers, all younger, were Gilbert, Richard, and Edmund.
