The CP is the average of all the pressures acting on the aerofoil and as such it will change in magnitude and position as the pressure patterns around the aerofoil changes. The biggest change will be because of changes in angle of attack.

The AC is a point on the aerofoil that does not move as you change angle of attack. If you imagine a pivot point on the trailing edge then the aerodynamic forces would make the aerofoil pivot leading edge up about that point. If you now imagine the pivot point at the leading edge then the aerodynamic forces will make the areofoil pivot trailing edge up about that point.

If that is so, then there must be a point somewhere between the leading edge and the trailing edge where there will be no change in the pitching moment of the aerofoil as the pressure pattern on the aerofoil changes. That is the AC and it is found at about 25% of the chord.

The AC is defined as a point on the chord line that :

(1) does not move as angle of attack is changed

(2) the pitching moment of a wing is always constant about it

What is the difference between a long rocket fin and a short rocket fin?

A longer fin has increased aerodynamic drag. The geometric relationship between the drag caused by the fins and the center of gravity of the rocket determine the stability of the rocket in flight. Less aerodynamic drag means the rocket can go higher or farther, but it also means the rocket is less stable in flight. This tradeoff has to be considered in the design of the rocket.

What is the similarities between a cyclone and an anticyclone?

Both are large scale circulations in the atmosphere created by pressure differences. A cyclone has a low pressure center and an anticyclone has a high pressure center.
